There is a limited warranty and repair clause for the product


1. Calculated from the date of delivery of the goods, the customer can enjoy a limited warranty period of 12 months.


During the warranty period, if the product is damaged or malfunctioned, it can be repaired and replaced free of charge if it is confirmed by the technicians of the maintenance center of our after-sales service department that it is not caused by any of the following reasons.


2. The free warranty will automatically expire under the following circumstances:


2.1) The product is damaged due to careless handling;


2.2) The product burns out due to incorrect operation, negligent use, such as overload or feedback;


2.3) The voice coil of various drivers of the speaker is burned;


2.4) Damage caused by natural or man-made disasters or accidents beyond human control;


2.5) Faults caused by poor use environment, such as excessive or unstable power supply voltage, water ingress, moisture, high temperature, obstruction of heat dissipation tuyere, rust, etc.;


2.6) The product has been repaired or modified by a person not designated by our company without prior notice to our company;


2.7) The product body number has been converted, altered or removed;


2.8) The product is not installed according to the instructions or instructions provided by the original factory;


2.9) Failure to present valid purchase receipts or certificates when sending the product for repair. 


3. The following items are not covered by the warranty:


3.1) Accessories or other decorations of the product, such as shells, panels, connecting wires, plugs, etc.;


3.2) Wired microphones or wireless microphones only warrant the internal electronic amplifier part, and do not include microphone cores, draft shields, housings or online leads;


3.3) Any software damage, compatibility, update or loss of data and data after product maintenance.


4. For products not sold by our company, our company will not provide any maintenance and repair.


5. All products that are waiting for maintenance, whether during the warranty or non-warranty period, our company will not provide borrowing services.


6. All the costs arising from the round-trip transportation of non-warranty products shall be borne by the customer, and the transportation costs of the warranted goods shall be borne by the customer, and the return journey shall be borne by our company (except for man-made damage).


7. Warranty or non-warranty products must be returned to our sales and repair center in Foshan or designated location, and our relevant personnel must be notified in advance.


Items sent back to us must be packaged in a shipping standard and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage during the shipping process.


8. Any items replaced by the warranty product belong to our company. If the non-warranty product is not declared in advance, our company will deal with it by itself.


9. For products beyond the warranty period, if the factory can provide maintenance parts and information, our company will still provide maintenance services, and charge various maintenance fees according to the charging standards set by our company.


10. Our company is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss caused by damage or defects or compatibility problems of the product.


11. For the repaired warranty product, the limited warranty period is the remaining time of the original warranty, or 60 days from the date of completion of the repair, whichever is longer.


12. After the repair of non-warranty products, within 30 days from the date of pick-up, if the same part has the same problem, it can be repaired free of charge if it is confirmed by our personnel that it is not caused by the reasons listed in 2.1~2.9 above.


13. The above limited warranty and maintenance clauses are only applicable in China, and our company reserves the right to modify them without prior notice.
