1) Regional sales manager


Job Responsibilities:


1) Subordinate to the domestic marketing department, the sales manager prepares the position, and carries out the marketing sales and customer maintenance work in the provinces and cities under the leadership of the manager of the brand business department;


2) Participate in or assist the upper level to implement relevant policies and systems, formulate sales plans in their respective jurisdictions (2-3 provinces), and regularly complete the sales tasks and work objectives determined by the superiors;


3) Maintain contact and communication with customers, improve the "Customer Information Interaction Notebook" in the jurisdiction in a timely manner, and develop and cultivate key regional markets and key customers;


4) Understand and explore customer needs and purchase wishes, formulate a monthly "Market Status Analysis and Targeted Measures Table", and firmly implement it according to the preset direction and methods, so as to promote the initial cooperation with customers and further expand cooperation;


5) Visit the interactive customers as planned and required, and fill in the "Business Trip Tracking Form" as required;


6) Feedback the market information and customer needs in the region, and fill in and report according to the company's requirements;


7) Understand the market industry, grasp the latest market trends and competitive product information, and report to superiors in a timely manner;


8) Collect information about potential customers;


9) Coordinate with other departments of the company to do a good job in pre-sale, in-sale and after-sales service to improve customer satisfaction in all aspects;


10) Collect accounts receivable.

Qualifications:


A. College degree or above, more than 1 year working experience in sales industry;


B. High school or technical secondary school degree or above, more than 1 year working experience in sales in professional audio industry or intelligent audio and video industry;


C. Quick thinking, strong language organization and expression skills, strong communication skills and communicative adaptability;


D. Proficient in the use of office and other office software;


E. Have good professional ethics, good logical thinking ability, analytical and judgment ability, primary and secondary emergency analysis ability, and key customer maintenance ability;


F. Responsible, able to work under pressure;


G. Able to accept irregular business trips from other provinces.


2) Sales clerk/sales assistant


Job Responsibilities:


1) Subordinate to the domestic marketing department, the sales assistant group prepares the position, and works under the leadership of the manager of the brand business department;


2) Assist sales staff to complete the search, confirmation and sorting of unfamiliar customer resources;


3) Docking and visiting customer consulting services;


4) Assist the sales staff to complete the pre-sale "plan configuration book", the "order form" and "outbound order" during the sale, the after-sales round-trip record inquiry, and the waybill notification service;


5) Remind the salesperson of the accounts receivable for the current month.


6) Development prospects: sales clerk → sales assistant team leader;
